Mainrōse is looking for an exceptional growth partner, to take complete charge of our performance marketing engine.
We're looking for someone who has
• 5+ years of experience working with D2C brands
• Scaled brands with 1cr+ in monthly spends
• Can scale with a solid focus on hidden revenue bullets like RTO, COD explosions, CAC drops and ROI crashes.
• Can handle a vast creative library, read and analyse the right creatives.
You're not a fit if you:
• Over-complicate the system
• Touch the engine on an everyday basis
• Make impulsive, non strategic decisions
