Job Title: Presales & Solution Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Presales & Deal Strategy
• Lead presales activities across strategic opportunities, from initial discovery and qualification through solution development, proposal submission, and deal closure
• Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Practice, and technical teams to develop pursuit strategies and compelling solutions
• Shape solutions for complex technology engagements, large deals, managed services opportunities, and transformation programs
• Understand client business challenges and translate them into differentiated technology solutions and value propositions
• Provide strategic input throughout the sales cycle to strengthen positioning, improve win probability, and support successful deal outcomes

Client Engagement & Solution Development
• Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, technology landscape, challenges, and future requirements
• Lead discovery sessions and solution workshops to define requirements, scope, solution approach, and implementation strategy




• Develop solution roadmaps that align technology capabilities with client business priorities and expected outcomes
• Present solutions and recommendations to client stakeholders, including senior business and technology leaders
• Work with architects, SMEs, and delivery teams to validate solution feasibility, delivery approach, resource requirements, and commercial considerations
• Support transition of won opportunities into delivery, ensuring alignment between the proposed solution and execution plan

RFP & Proposal Management
• Own the end to end management of RFP, RFI, and other strategic proposal responses
• Review and interpret client requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission guidelines to establish the response strategy
• Develop proposal structures, response plans, storyboards, and key messaging aligned with the overall pursuit strategy
• Coordinate inputs from Sales, Solution Architect
