• Ownership Mindset - We are looking for an Ownership Mindset—someone who doesn’t just manage numbers, but safeguards the financial integrity of every project end-to-end.
• Technical Requirements & Skills - Experience: 3–8 years in Interior Fit-out projects.
• Core Expertise - Complete command over BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs and cost structuring.
• Technical Skillset - Ability to translate drawings and specifications into execution-ready financial frameworks.




• Billing & RA Handling - Expertise in RA Bills, client billing, reconciliations and vendor billing with full transparency.
• Rate Analysis & Cost Control - Absolute accuracy in rate analysis, billing and cost control—no approximations, no gaps.
• Market Knowledge - Deep understanding of materials, market rates, vendor costing and commercial benchmarks.
• Coordination - Strong collaboration with project managers, site teams and vendors to ensure financial clarity at every stage.
