Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Specialist role based in Noida. The Customer Support Specialist will handle incoming queries from participants, viewers, and partners via phone, email, chat, and social channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses. The role includes troubleshooting basic technical issues related to registrations,



platform access, and show-related digital tools, while escalating complex problems to relevant teams. The specialist will track and document customer interactions, identify recurring issues, and share insights to improve processes and overall customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities also involve collaborating with production, marketing, and technology teams to maintain consistent information, uphold service quality standards, and support a seamless experience for all IFI stakeholders.
