Role Description The Clubhouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the clubhouse and ensuring a high-quality experience for all members and guests. The role includes supervising clubhouse staff, managing schedules, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance, and ensuring that all facilities are safe, clean, and well-presented.



The Clubhouse Manager will handle member inquiries and feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain robust relationships with residents, vendors, and service providers. Daily tasks also involve monitoring budgets, tracking inventory and supplies, supporting events and activities, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance requirements. This role requires active presence on the floor, regular reporting to management, and continuous attention to service standards and operational efficiency.

• Strong clubhouse or facility management skills, including day-to-day operations oversight, vendor coordination, and basic budgeting and inventory management.
