Role Description The Site Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the location. This role includes managing site staff, coordinating transport services and tours, monitoring service quality, and ensuring that customer commitments are met efficiently and safely. The Site Lead will track operational performance, resolve on-ground issues,



and implement process improvements in collaboration with senior management. They will also handle stakeholder communication, support training and onboarding of new team members, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The position requires hands-on leadership, regular reporting, and close coordination with internal departments to maintain high standards of service.
