Role Description The Territory Sales Manager (B2B) is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



responsible for driving business growth for NoBrokerHood across assigned territories. This role involves identifying and acquiring new gated communities and housing societies, building relationships with management committees, and presenting NoBrokerHood’s solutions to decision-makers. The Territory Sales Manager will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, product demos, negotiations, and closure, while ensuring smooth onboarding in coordination with internal teams. Day-to-day activities include monitoring sales performance, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, providing market feedback, and supporting existing clients to maximize platform usage and satisfaction. The role also involves training client stakeholders on using the platform and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
