Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Collection Agent role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Collection Agent is responsible for managing repayment follow-ups with borrowers across phone, email, and messaging channels,



ensuring timely cash collection while maintaining qualified and respectful communication. Daily tasks include reviewing overdue accounts, explaining repayment options and schedules, negotiating and documenting payment plans, and updating collection status in internal systems. The role also involves coordinating with finance and operations teams to resolve discrepancies, escalating complex cases according to defined protocols, and adhering to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and data privacy standards. The Collection Agent contributes to optimizing collection processes and providing feedback on borrower behavior and risk trends.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills, with experience handling overdue accounts and structured repayment plans.
