Role Description The Testing & Commissioning Engineer (EEE) role is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai. The engineer will perform electrical testing, inspection, and commissioning of equipment and systems in power plants and substations, ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing electrical drawings and specifications,



preparing test plans and procedures, executing tests on protection systems, switchgear, transformers, and related equipment, and documenting results in detailed reports. The engineer will troubleshoot issues identified during testing and commissioning, coordinate with project and site teams to resolve technical problems, and support the smooth handover of systems to operations. The role also involves maintaining test equipment, adhering to quality management processes, and contributing to continuous improvement in field practices.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Testing and Testing of power systems and equipment.
• Candidates should possess practical experience as Commissioning Engineers, including commissioning of power plant and substation systems.
