Role: Project Director
Total Experience: 20+ Years
Job Location: Pune(Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead a portfolio of projects, drive delivery excellence, and ensure alignment with business objectives, client expectations, financial targets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee multiple projects/programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Drive portfolio governance, project reviews, risk mitigation, and escalation management.
• Own financial performance, including budgets, revenue, margins, profitability, and resource utilisation.
• Build strong relationships with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Program Managers, and Delivery Leaders.
• Drive process optimisation, automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 15+ years of experience in project/program/portfolio management or delivery leadership.
• Proven experience managing large project portfolios and distributed teams.




• Solid expertise in project governance, financial management, risk management, and client engagement.
• Excellent commercial acumen, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Agile and other project delivery methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
