Job Overview:
As the Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales targets, and fostering a culture of excellence. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to expand our client base, enhance revenue generation, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This role demands a proactive,



results-oriented leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving sales success.

Responsibilities:
• Generating and qualifying leads through a range of digital and phone channels.
• Demonstrating product advantages and tailoring sales pitches to individual prospects.
• Maintaining and updating records using CRM systems while tracking sales metrics.
• Provide customers with product and service information. Emphasize the Workafella brand and lifestyle to ensure the highest conversion.
• Nurture, develop, and close leads resulting in booked and completed tours.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives for further development and ensure closure.
