Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Corporate Sales Manager with a strong professional network and proven experience in business development within the recruitment, staffing, and workforce management industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential corporate clients, leveraging existing industry relationships, acquiring new business accounts, and onboarding organizations for recruitment and staffing services. The candidate should have excellent client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to convert business opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, develop, and acquire new corporate clients for recruitment, staffing, manpower outsourcing, and workforce management services.




* Leverage an existing professional network and industry connections to generate qualified business leads.
* Build relationships with decision-makers, including HR Heads, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, Procurement Managers, Admin Heads, and Business Leaders.
* Drive end-to-end business development, from lead generation and client meetings to commercial negotiations, agreement execution, and client onboarding.
* Understand client hiring and manpower requirements and propose suitable recruitment and staffing solutions.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
* Prepare business proposals, commercial quotations, presentations, and service agreements.
* Negotiate pricing, recruitment fees, staffing margins, payment terms, and service-level agreements.
