Role Description The Relationship Manager role at Fundscart is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. In this role, the Relationship Manager will build and manage long-term relationships with individual and family investors, understand their financial goals, and guide them in using Fundscart’s tools and offerings.



Daily responsibilities include onboarding current clients, explaining platform features, assisting with mutual fund selection and investment modes (SIP or lump-sum), and providing regular portfolio updates. The Relationship Manager will coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries, ensure smooth transaction processing, and support clients in planning for wealth creation, tax savings, and retirement. The role also involves gathering client feedback, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement, and promoting Fundscart’s solutions in a professional and customer-centric manner.
