Role Description The Real Estate Team Lead is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of real estate professionals. This position involves leading daily team operations, setting sales targets, and ensuring consistent follow-up with leads and clients. The Team Lead will supervise brokerage activities, manage commercial real estate portfolios, and support agents in negotiations, property viewings, and deal closures. Key responsibilities include coaching team members, monitoring performance metrics,



maintaining high communication standards, and collaborating with management to implement strategies that drive revenue and client satisfaction. The Team Lead will also stay updated on local market trends and regulatory requirements to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships and coordinate effectively with team members.
• Hands-on experience in brokerage, including property transactions, negotiations, and documentation processes.
• Demonstrated team management and team leadership capabilities, with experience setting goals and coaching performance.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate markets, including leasing, investment opportunities, and market analysis.
