About the Role
We are looking for a target-driven Voucher Sales Executive to drive business growth through gift vouchers, discount vouchers, and promotional vouchers. The role involves acquiring new clients, building robust business relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive voucher sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, online channels, and client meetings.
• Acquire corporate clients, retailers, and business partners.
• Build strong client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable voucher solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospects.
• Coordinate with internal teams for voucher issuance, payments, and delivery.
• Maintain sales records, track collections, and prepare regular reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer preferences.
Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, retail, or corporate sales.
• Experience in gift cards, vouchers, loyalty programs, fintech, retail, or e-commerce is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve sales targets.
• Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with client calls and meetings.
