Role Description The Research Associate role at Empirico Research is an on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the individual will support the design and execution of market research studies, including questionnaire development, sampling, and data collection coordination.



Day-to-day tasks include cleaning and validating data, conducting basic quantitative and qualitative analysis, and preparing clear summaries, charts, and reports for internal stakeholders and clients. The Research Associate will collaborate with project managers and senior researchers to ensure timelines are met, methodologies are followed, and deliverables align with client objectives. Additional responsibilities may include monitoring fieldwork quality, documenting processes, and contributing ideas to improve research workflows and tools.
