Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Presales Solution Architect with 15+ years of overall experience to serve as a senior technical backbone for our presales and solutioning function.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of Salesforce Architecture, Presales, Solution Consulting, Technical Proposal/RFP experience, Estimation, Client Management, and excellent Communication skills.

This is a senior-level, remote chance for someone who can independently interpret complex client requirements, design scalable Salesforce architectures, conduct technical discussions and live demos, prepare estimates, and support the organization in converting opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Presales & Opportunity Support:
- Review inbound prospect queries, RFPs, and RFIs.
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce-based solutions, evaluating technical feasibility, solution fit, dependencies, and potential risks.




- Collaborate closely with Sales and Delivery teams to shape technical responses and solution strategies throughout the opportunity lifecycle.

2. Solution Architecture:
- Design end-to-end, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce architectures (Core Clouds, Industry Clouds, Integrations, and Customizations).
- Provide guidance across data, automation, security, integration, and application layers.
- Evaluate standard Salesforce capabilities vs. custom development needs.

3. Client & Prospect Engagement:
- Lead technical discussions, requirement discovery, and solutioning calls with prospects and senior stakeholders.
- Clearly explain complex architectures to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Address technical questions, objections, and challenges with confidence.

4. Salesforce Demonstrations:
- Conduct tailored, requirement-driven live Salesforce demonstrations addressing specific business challenges.
- Adapt demos dynamically based on real-time client questions and feedback.
