Role Purpose:

Provide hands-on technical leadership to RBF teams and ensure GenAI, agentic AI, cloud, and enterprise solutions are scalable, secure, observable, governed, and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities
• Guide developers on architecture, design patterns, coding standards, troubleshooting, and technical decisions; review designs, code, integrations, and deployments.




• Create GenAI solutions across business domains and convert prototypes into scalable, reliable, supportable, and production-grade solutions.
• Design agentic systems that combine large language models with planning, session and long-term memory, function calling, enterprise tools, and end-to-end orchestration.
• Design single-agent and multi-agent workflows using coordinator-worker, reflection, fallback, and intelligent tool-routing patterns.
• Guide cloud-native AI delivery across Azure, AWS, or GCP using managed AI services, serverless computing, containers, Kubernetes, continuous integration and deployment, and infrastructure automation.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation using vector databases, search platforms, relevant retrieval strategies, prompt engineering, structured outputs, and context optimization.
• Establish evaluation harnesses, responsible AI and safety guardrails, and observability through logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, alerts, and cost, quality, perform
