Role Description The Real Estate Senior Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North. This role is responsible for generating and managing leads, conducting property consultations, and guiding clients through the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing.



Daily activities include meeting prospective buyers, presenting suitable projects, organizing site visits, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating with builders and internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and timely closure. The Senior Sales Executive will maintain accurate records of client interactions, market trends, and inventory, and will provide regular sales reports and forecasts. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, staying informed about local market developments, and upholding high standards of skilled ethics and customer service.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, with experience in residential and/or investment property transactions.
