About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team as Lead Financial Reporting & Tax. The role will be responsible for financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, audit coordination, and strengthening financial governance across operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and disclosures.
· Support financial closing activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
· Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
· Prepare tax computations, coordinate assessments, and respond to notices from authorities.
· Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits and ensure closure of audit observations.




· Partner with plant and corporate teams to provide financial insights and analytical support.
· Drive process improvements, controls, and compliance initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
· Qualified CA with all groups cleared within a maximum of two attempts.
· 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, taxation, audit, or finance.
· Knowledge of Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, and statutory reporting requirements.
· Experience in manufacturing, metals, mining, power, cement, or industrial sectors will be preferred.
· Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems is desirable.
