Role Description The Design and Development Engineer role at LISEGA INDIA PRIVATE LTD. is a full-time, on-site position based in Halol. The role involves designing mechanical and pipe support components, developing product concepts, and preparing detailed engineering drawings and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams,



conducting design calculations, supporting R&D; activities, and participating in product testing and validation. The engineer will be expected to optimize existing designs, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Regular interaction with global engineering teams and production units will be required to support implementation and resolve technical queries.

Qualifications
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in mechanical/product design, pipe support design, piping components, or a related industry
• Solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering with applied experience in Machine Design.
• Demonstrated ability in Product Design and development of mechanical components or systems.
• Experience in Testing, validation, and performance evaluation of engineered products.
