We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Business Development Manager who can identify major project opportunities, connect with key decision-makers, build strategic client relationships and convert opportunities into profitable business.

We are not looking for someone who merely generates leads or makes follow-up calls. We need a business-development professional who can independently develop opportunities, build a robust project pipeline and drive deals towards closure.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Identification & Market Intelligence
• Identify upcoming, planned and ongoing projects across real estate, residential townships, commercial developments, IT parks, industrial parks, infrastructure, hospitality, resorts and institutional developments.
• Research projects at the planning, design, approval, pre-construction and execution stages.
• Identify landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation, tree transplantation, interior landscaping, plant-supply and maintenance opportunities.
• Build a verified database of projects, project stages, estimated opportunities, stakeholders and procurement timelines.
