We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for our BPO Outsourcing business.
Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) (BPO Onboarding)
Location: Asansol, West Bengal
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard new clients looking to outsource their business processes.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable outsourcing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the BPO outsourcing industry.
• Solid communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in client acquisition and lead generation.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
