You’ll sit at the intersection of data and human capital, transforming complex programmatic advertising metrics into multi-million dollar ROI narratives. This role is about driving Value Realization—ensuring our clients don’t just use Joveo, but win with Joveo.

? What You’ll Do
• Be the ROI Storyteller: Move beyond reporting metrics. Transform raw data into compelling narratives that prove Joveo’s impact on a client’s bottom line.
• Command the Boardroom: Own the relationship with Director and CXO-level stakeholders. You won’t just "do" QBRs; you’ll lead strategic sessions that shape the client’s long-term talent strategy.
• Architect Success Playbooks: Don’t just follow a process.



Design and execute project blueprints that ensure seamless adoption of Joveo’s cutting-edge AI and programmatic solutions.
• Internal Product Catalyst: Be the voice of the customer. Use your frontline insights to influence our product roadmap, ensuring Joveo stays years ahead of industry needs.
• Drive the "Health" Agenda: Monitor account vitals with surgical precision. Identify risks before they surface and turn challenges into opportunities for expansion and advocacy.
• Mobilize the Powerhouse: Act as the "CEO of your book of business," rallying cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Sales) to deliver on bold promises.
