Job Overview: The Investment Banking Associate is an intermediate level position responsible for providing strategic advisory services for IPOs, mergers, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions within the Healthcare sector. The overall objective of this role is to act as a strategic advisory to our clients by formulating investment strategies and raising capital for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis:
• Build and review detailed financial models and valuation analysis
• Create discounted cash flow (DCF) models, comparable company analysis (CCA), and precedent transaction analysis

Market Research:
• Conduct extensive industry research to support senior bankers in understanding market trends, competitive dynamics, and any potential opportunities
• Analyze economic and financial data, policy changes, market trends to identify trends, assess risks, and develop recommendations
• Monitor market activity, valuation benchmarks, and recent transactions within domestic and global markets

Transaction Support:




• Assist in the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials for M&A;, equity offerings, and debt issuances, with emphasis on Healthcare transactions
• Support the due diligence process, including data gathering, financial analysis, and coordination with various stakeholders

Client Interaction:
• Participate in meetings and calls with clients’ management teams, promoters and investors to discuss strategic options, present findings, and provide updates on ongoing projects
• Prepare detailed client reports and presentations that summarize financial analysis, strategic recommendations, and deal terms
• Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, helping to identify and develop new business opportunities within the Healthcare sector
• Collaborate with senior bankers to understand client needs and deliver bespoke solutions aligned with Healthcare sector dynamics
