About Us

Growth Loops Technology is a 43-member AI engineering company headquartered in Kolkata. We build AI-powered products, MVPs and enterprise solutions for clients in healthcare, fintech and SaaS across India, the US and the UK. Our work uses LLMs, agentic AI, RAG and modern development tools.

The Role

You’ll be our first BD hire, and you’ll own the sales pipeline from first contact to signed contract. This isn’t a lead-gen role. We want someone who has closed IT services deals, can handle technical conversations and can represent GLT in meetings with CTOs and founders.

What you’ll do

→ Find and win AI and software development work from startups and mid-market companies, starting with Kolkata and East India and growing to the rest of India
→ Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, first meeting, proposal, negotiation and close
→ Go to tech meetups, conferences, startup events and industry forums as the face of GLT




→ Work with our engineering team to scope projects and build proposals
→ Set up referral partnerships with design agencies, product studios and dev shops that don’t do AI work
→ Go after recently funded startups and established businesses that need AI capabilities

You should have

→ 4–8 years in BD or sales at an IT services, software development or AI/ML company
→ A record of closing deals, not just generating leads (bring numbers, because we’ll ask)
→ Enough technical understanding to talk with a CTO. You don’t need to code, but you should understand LLMs, APIs and cloud architecture at a conceptual level
→ Experience selling services in the ₹10L–1Cr deal range
→ The drive to work on your own and build the function from scratch
→ An existing network in the Kolkata or Indian tech and startup ecosystem (a strong plus)

Nice to have

→ Experience at a company with fewer than 100 people
→ A background in engineering or product befor
