Role Description
The Sales Manager role at DQAP Systems is a full time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting new industrial clients, qualifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts for fire detection and suppression solutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term customer relationships,



coordinating with technical and project teams to develop tailored solutions, and ensuring that client requirements are accurately captured and delivered. The role involves regular market research, pipeline management, reporting on sales performance, and participation in industry events and client meetings. The Sales Manager will also contribute to sales strategy development, forecast revenue, and support continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in industrial safety, automation, or related engineering solutions.
• Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, opportunity qualification, and account management.
• Ability to create and present technical-commercial proposals, with sound negotiation and closing skills.
