Role Description This is a full-time, in office Desktop Support Engineer role based in Delhi, India.



The Desktop Support Engineer will provide day-to-day technical support for desktop computers, laptops, and related peripherals across clinical and administrative departments. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and operating systems, diagnosing and resolving user issues, and ensuring minimal downtime. The role involves printer support, basic network connectivity checks, software updates, and coordination with senior IT staff or vendors for complex problems. The Desktop Support Engineer will document support activities, adhere to hospital IT policies, and contribute to a reliable and secure technology environment that enables high-quality patient care.
