Role Description The Social Media Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and emerging channels to support client and agency objectives. Day-to-day tasks include planning content calendars, briefing and collaborating with designers and copywriters, publishing content, monitoring performance,



and optimizing campaigns based on analytics. The Social Media Lead will manage community interactions, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice across channels. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and clients, reporting on key metrics, and staying updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
