The Semiconductor Market Manager will own the growth of Swagelok Bangalore’s semiconductor business, from market strategy and target customer development to pipeline building and conversion of strategic opportunities. The role is accountable for agreed sales, growth and profitability targets, and works closely with Branch Sales, Application Engineering, Marketing and global semiconductor resources to strengthen Swagelok Bangalore’s position across the semiconductor ecosystem.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Semiconductor Market Development
• Develop and execute the semiconductor market strategy for Swagelok Bangalore in line with business objectives
• Build target account plans for priority customers, covering potential, applications, projects, stakeholders and competitive position

Business Development and Sales
• Achieve agreed semiconductor sales, growth and profitability targets
• Win new customers and grow strategic accounts, working with the Hunting (current business) team to convert market opportunities
• Engage design consultants, EPCs and OEMs to influence specifications,



approved vendor lists and product qualifications
• Build a qualified project pipeline, identifying opportunities early and driving them through to closure
• Maintain accurate pipeline and sales forecasts in CRM

Technical and Application Support
• Understand critical fluid applications such as gas and chemical delivery, high-purity fluid systems and thermal management, and provide technical and product selection guidance
• Work with Application Engineering, Field Engineers and global semiconductor resources to develop solutions that meet customer requirements

Customer Engagement and Relationship Development
• Build strong relationships with semiconductor manufacturers, equipment OEMs, EPCs, system integrators, subcontractors and consultants at technical, commercial and procurement levels
• Lead customer presentations, technical discussions and industry events to generate business
