This role demands a strategic individual with deep knowledge of gold loan financing, customer relationship management, and sales expertise within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving gold loan portfolio growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, managing risk, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve the bank's financial objectives.

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote gold loan products and services.
