Quick Commerce is rapidly changing how consumers discover, evaluate and purchase beauty and personal care products. At Plum, it's becoming an increasingly key growth engine, creating exciting opportunities to build categories, acquire new consumers and drive incremental revenue.
We're looking for an Assistant Manager – Key Accounts, Quick Commerce to own and scale business across platforms such as Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other emerging Q-Commerce channels.

This is not just an account coordination role. You'll be expected to think of your accounts as businesses—owning revenue, identifying growth opportunities, improving platform visibility, driving commercial decisions and ensuring strong execution.
You'll work closely with the E-Commerce leadership team to identify what drives growth, what doesn't, and where we should invest next.

What You'll Own
Business & Revenue Growth
• Own revenue targets and business performance for assigned Q-Commerce accounts.
• Build monthly and quarterly business plans across categories, SKUs and platforms.




• Identify growth opportunities through assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility, media and consumer conversion.
• Track daily and weekly performance, diagnose gaps and proactively drive corrective actions.
• Drive profitable growth while maintaining a strong focus on commercial efficiency

Key Account & Platform Management
• Build strong working relationships with category managers and commercial teams across Q-Commerce platforms.
• Drive Joint Business Plans (JBPs), promotional calendars and account-level growth initiatives.
• Support negotiations around commercial terms, margins, visibility, investments and platform participation.
• Identify opportunities for incremental business through platform partnerships and category expansion.
• Ensure strong execution of agreed business plans and platform commitments.
