General Summary:

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to join the Windows Display Team in Hyderabad. The role will provide technical leadership for the design, development, integration, optimization, and commercialization of display driver software for Windows-based Snapdragon platforms. The successful candidate will combine strong systems and display-domain expertise with hands-on execution, project leadership, mentoring, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will Do

• Own moderately complex display-driver features or projects from requirements and architecture through implementation, validation, bring-up, and product delivery.
• Lead root-cause analysis of complex display issues across software, firmware, operating-system, and hardware boundaries; integrate and verify evidence from traces, logs, register dumps, and experiments.
• Drive display bring-up and stabilization on new Snapdragon platforms,



including pre-silicon readiness, board bring-up, feature enablement, performance tuning, and commercialization support.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, graphics, power, security, validation, system, and customer-engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Anticipate technical risks, communicate status and options clearly, and navigate ambiguity while meeting quality and schedule commitments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience in embedded systems, device drivers, graphics/display, multimedia, or system software.
• Solid programming and debugging skills in C, with a solid understanding of data structures, concurrency, memory management, synchronization, and operating-system fundamentals.
