Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Video Producer & Anchor to manage for Lokmat Times YouTube channel. The role involves overseeing daily video operations, planning news coverage, coordinating with reporters and producers, and producing and anchoring videos on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations.
• Produce and anchor videos daily, ensuring timely and engaging news delivery.
• Coordinate with producers, reporters, and other teams to ensure smooth operations and timely video updates.
• Identify relevant news topics, plan coverage, and assign stories to team members.
• Interview guests, experts, and politicians for the channel.
• Monitor YouTube Studio analytics to track performance and drive consistent channel growth.
• Supervise team members, manage workflows, and ensure timely execution of assignments.
• Plan work schedules,



make timely decisions, and handle urgent situations effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues, provide guidance, and help team members develop their skills to improve overall output.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and regularity in video production and publishing.
