We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years of field sales experience, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, electrical, or EPC industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing field sales operations, developing customer relationships, and leading the team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute field sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the field sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, site visits, and market visits.
• Identify current business opportunities and generate leads through direct sales, channel partners, referrals, and market networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, dealers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, proposal sharing, and deal closure.
• Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, revenue performance,



and team productivity.
• Identify new markets, assess competitor activities, and develop strategies to increase market share.
• Coordinate with operations, technical, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and MIS.
• Ensure accurate CRM updates and timely follow-ups on all active leads.
• Take ownership of sales performance and ensure timely achievement of assigned targets.

Required Qualifications & Experience• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of field sales experience.
• Experience in team handling and target-driven sales is preferred.
• Experience in solar, renewable energy, electrical, EPC, or related industries will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of field sales, customer acquisition, pipeline management, an
