We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Business Development Executive who can help us expand our professional network, build strategic partnerships, and drive platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities• Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase platform adoption, revenue, and market reach.
• Healthcare Qualified Onboarding: Connect with psychologists, psychiatrists, counsellors, and other mental health professionals to onboard them onto Imperfectly Tech.
• Client Acquisition:



Generate leads, conduct outreach, schedule meetings, deliver platform demonstrations, and convert prospects into active users.
• Subscription Sales: Promote professional subscription plans and communicate the benefits of using the Imperfectly Tech platform.
• Corporate Partnerships: Identify opportunities with corporates, HR teams, educational institutions, hospitals, clinics, and wellness organisations.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with onboarded professionals and encourage regular platform usage.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain lead databases, track follow-ups, monitor conversions, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Market Research: Identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business expansion.
• Revenue Growth: Work towards monthly targets for new registrations, paid subscriptions, partnerships, and business generation.
