Role Description The Refractory Sales Engineer role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Mumbai, with a mix of on-site customer visits and occasional work-from-home activities.



The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for refractory anchors, ceramic products, and related engineered solutions, as well as managing and growing existing accounts. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, preparing technical and commercial offers, coordinating RFQs, and providing product selection guidance in collaboration with the engineering and production teams. The Refractory Sales Engineer will conduct site visits, build strong customer relationships, follow up on orders, and monitor project execution to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining sales reports, tracking market trends, and supporting continuous improvement in sales processes and customer service.
