About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive technical development, lead engineering teams, and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should combine strong hands-on full-stack development skills with proven team leadership and technical decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, ensuring effective collaboration and timely project delivery.
• Drive hands-on development, technical architecture, system design, and implementation of scalable applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using React.js, Node.js, and Angular.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases, Docker, REST APIs, and application integrations.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and maintain coding standards.
• Manage task allocation, monitor team progress,



and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• 9–10 years of software development experience with strong hands-on full-stack expertise.
• Minimum 5 years of team handling or technical team leadership experience.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Angular, PostgreSQL, and Docker.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, database design, and application architecture.
• Experience in code reviews, technical decision-making, mentoring, and delivery management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience – Added Advantage
• Experience working with manufacturing clients or industrial software projects.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP),
