Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Mechanical BIM Modeler with expertise in Revit MEP to support mechanical modeling and coordination for international projects.
Key Responsibilities• Develop 3D mechanical models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Model HVAC ducting, piping systems, and mechanical equipment.
• Create and manage Revit families for mechanical components.
• Deliver BIM models meeting LOD 400 and LOD 500 requirements.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Prepare shop drawings, layouts, sections, and schedules.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other MEP teams.

Requirements• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Mechanical BIM Modeling.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Experience in LOD 400 and LOD 500 modeling.
• Knowledge of Revit Family Creation and Management.
• Gulf or international project experience is an advantage.
