About the Role
Amity University Noida is looking for a creative, analytical and trend-savvy Social Media Specialist to join its central marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating and managing engaging social media content across multiple digital platforms.
The role will primarily involve writing copies and scripts, ideating content, coordinating its creation, publishing it, and analyzing performance to support student engagement, brand communication and digital visibility.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and manage monthly and quarterly social media content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and other relevant platforms.
• Write engaging, platform-native copies for posts, captions, hooks, carousels, stories, community posts and ad creatives.
• Write scripts for Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, student and faculty features, campus walkthroughs,



trend-led content and event coverage.
• Ideate content and campaign concepts aligned with admission cycles, events, placements, achievements and university milestones.
• Brief designers and video editors with clear concepts, references and copy, and review outputs for quality and brand fit.
• Coordinate shoots, student takeovers, creator and influencer collaborations, and user-generated content.
• Monitor trends, audio and formats, and adapt them quickly while keeping content aligned with the Amity brand tone.
• Manage comments, DMs and queries, route admission-related leads to the right team, and escalate sensitive issues in time.
• Track and analyse reach, engagement, video retention, follower growth, link clicks and lead conversions.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and campaign-wise performance reports with explicit insights and next steps.
