Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager is a full-time role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for leading HR strategy and operations, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for a manufacturing and logistics-focused environment. The manager will oversee performance management, compensation and perks administration, employee relations, and engagement initiatives,



ensuring fair, transparent, and inclusive practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to align HR policies with operational goals, managing HR compliance with labor laws and safety regulations, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and systems. The role also involves coaching managers, handling escalated employee issues, driving training and development programs, and supporting change management and organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
• Strong expertise in core HR domains such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
• Experience in HR policy development, compliance with labor and industrial laws, and implementation of HR processes and systems.
