Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a STEAM Trainer at AeroBay located in Noida. The STEAM Trainer will be responsible for conducting STEAM-based experiential learning sessions for K-12 students in areas like Aerospace, Space, Drones, Meteorology, E-Transportation, and Designing industries.



The trainer will facilitate hands-on activities and projects to enhance students' creativity, innovation, problem-solving, and focus.

Qualifications
• Experience in STEM/STEAM education, particularly in Aerospace, Mechanical technologies, and K-12 education
• Knowledge of trending technologies such as Aerospace, Space-Ed, Design thinking
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with K-12 students and create engaging learning experiences
• Passion for empowering students with 21st-century skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM field, or relevant area
• Experience in curriculum development is a plus
