Scoobies is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Sourcing / Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support product sourcing, vendor coordination, price comparison, and procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and source new products from manufacturers, suppliers, and wholesalers.
• Research and evaluate vendors based on pricing, quality, and product availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, samples, minimum order quantities, and delivery timelines.
• Compare vendor quotations and support price negotiations.
• Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, and procurement reports.
• Track purchase orders and follow up on timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.




• Research market trends and identify new product opportunities.

Requirements
• 0–3 years of experience in procurement, product sourcing, or vendor management.
• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach with good follow-up and organisational skills.
• Interest in retail, toys, stationery, or kids’ products will be an advantage.
