Job Description:
Learning Routes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Google Ads (AdWords). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns to maximize ROI and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, and Remarketing) campaigns.
* Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and overall performance.
* Monitor and analyze PPC metrics, including CTR, CPA, CPM, and conversions.
* Conduct keyword research and implement negative keywords.
* Optimize ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
* Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient ad spend.




* Track performance using Google Analytics and Google Ads reports.
* Continuously test and refine campaigns to maximize ROI.
* Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.

Required Skills & Expertise:

* Robust expertise in Google Ads / Google AdWords.
* In-depth understanding of CTR, CPA, PPC, ROAS, and CPM.
* Hands-on experience in campaign setup, management, and optimization.
* Knowledge of negative keywords, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
* Experience in performance reporting and campaign analysis.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

* 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads.
* Ability to manage and optimize multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on performance and growth.
