Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing consulting professional experience at Associate Director level.



The individual will be responsible for driving both client delivery and business development, ensuring successful execution of engagements while contributing to revenue growth and account expansion.

The role requires deep expertise in Digital Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, AI Strategy & Operating Model Design, AI-led Transformation, and AI Use Case Implementation across large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements across multiple client accounts.
• Drive digital transformation and AI transformation initiatives, including strategy definition, roadmap creation, operating model design, and execution.
• Advise clients on enterprise architecture modernization, digital operating models, and technology-led business transformation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationship
