Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveying Engineer role based in Chennai. The Quantity Surveying Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for residential and thematic projects,



ensuring alignment with design specifications and contractual requirements. Daily tasks include coordinating with design and civil engineering teams, reviewing drawings and CAD models, conducting site measurements, and verifying quantities for materials and labor. The role also involves monitoring project costs, supporting tender preparation and evaluation, assisting in contract administration, and reporting cost variances and financial risks to project managers. The engineer will participate in regular site inspections, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and support supervisory activities to maintain project timelines and budgets.
