About the Role
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to drive regional business growth across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry in the Solar & EV sector.
If you have experience in Solar EPC, Rooftop Solar, Solar Modules, Inverters, Renewable Energy, or EV Charging Solutions, this could be the right chance for you.

? Key Responsibilities
• Drive regional sales and business development.
• Develop and manage dealers, distributors, installers, and channel partners.
• Generate new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
• Build relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and key customers.
• Expand market presence and manage the regional sales pipeline.
• Achieve sales targets and coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

? What We’re Looking For




✔️ 5–11 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
✔️ Experience in Solar EPC, Rooftop Solar, Renewable Energy, Solar Modules, Inverters, EV Charging, or Power Electronics.
✔️ Strong experience in channel sales, dealer development, or B2B sales.
✔️ Good understanding of the Tamil Nadu market.
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

⚠️ Important: Relevant experience in the Solar, Renewable Energy, EV, or allied energy sector is mandatory. Candidates from unrelated industries without relevant sector experience will not be considered.
