About the Role
NovaStyles Interiors & Construction is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, visiting project sites, Meeting architects, interior designers, Project management consultants, Electrical consultants, lighting consultants and driving sales for our Interior & Construction solutions and Customized Home automation Solutions.

Key Responsibilities / JD

· Generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
· Visit interior designers, architects, builders, contractors, electrical dealers, Project management consultants, Electrical consultants, homeowners, and project sites to develop business opportunities.




· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable interior, construction, and smart switch, lights, customized solutions.
· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
· Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for timely follow-ups.
· Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into sales.
· Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, architects, contractors, Project management consultants, Electrical consultants, and channel partners.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
· Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
· Coordinate with project, design, and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
· Collect market feedback and share insights with management.
