Key Responsibilities

● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for senior living homes





● Deliver exceptional customer experience through personalized interactions and transparent

communication

● Handle inquiries, manage leads, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate CRM records

● Conduct site visits and property tours, explaining features, pricing, and benefits clearly

● Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor offerings

● Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams for campaigns and events

Success Metrics for This Role

● Consistent achievement of assigned sales targets

● Maintain 90%+ customer satisfaction across all interactions

● High conversion rates from inquiries and site visits to bookings with timely follow-ups
