We are looking for a highly creative, proactive, and passionate Digital Marketing Associate who can bring fresh ideas, understand consumer behaviour, and develop cutting-edge marketing strategies for different brands.
Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Creative Strategy & Content Ideation
• Develop fresh, unique, and engaging content ideas for social media platforms.
• Research emerging trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activities.
• Brainstorm creative marketing concepts, storytelling approaches, and brand communication strategies.
• Create content calendars aligned with client objectives and brand positioning.
• Develop compelling hooks, captions,



and concepts for social media content.

2. Social Media & Digital Marketing
• Plan and execute digital marketing activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, engagement, and organic reach.
• Develop platform-specific content strategies based on target audiences.
• Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithms.

3. Brand Building & Campaign Planning
• Understand client businesses, target audiences, and unique selling propositions.
• Develop creative marketing ideas that differentiate brands from competitors.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for brand promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct competitor research and identify market opportunities.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital platforms.
